These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the applications and web services provided by Manekio ("we", "us"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
These Terms apply to all products we provide. Where a specific product has additional terms, those terms apply together with these Terms.
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate. Transferring or sharing your account with a third party is prohibited. We may suspend an account where misuse is identified.
You may not violate applicable law, infringe our or a third party's rights, interfere with the operation of our services, gain unauthorized access, or reverse-engineer our software.
Some of our products (including Manekio Doc) use AI to identify document types, explain their contents, and suggest actions. This output is not legal, tax, or immigration advice — it is reference information describing what a document of this kind typically requires.
AI output may contain errors. You are responsible for verifying the original document yourself and consulting a qualified professional (lawyer, tax accountant, or administrative scrivener) where the decision matters. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from decisions based on AI output.
Pricing, billing, and cancellation for paid plans are set out on each product's purchase screen and on our Legal Disclosure page. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are also governed by that platform's own terms.
All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in our services belong to us or their rightful owners. These Terms do not transfer any such rights to you beyond the license to use the service.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of our services. We are not liable for damages arising from events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, network outages, or third-party service failures.
Handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over our place of business as the court of first instance.
We may revise these Terms when we consider it necessary. We will announce material changes on this page or within the relevant app.
